LAS VEGAS, NV July 26, 2004 -- Action International, the World's #1 Business Coaching Team, will be consolidating training for new franchisees by bringing them all to a central location. Action CEO Vic Ciuffetelli says that Las Vegas, NV (USA) was chosen as the global training site due to its ease of access from all parts of the world and year-round suitable weather.

Starting this July, new Action franchisees, i.e. business coaches, from around the world, will travel to Las Vegas for 10 days of induction training. Action's US Sales Manager Richard Bernstein says, "Our franchisees get trained by the very best in every aspect of being an Action coach. We prepare them to start achieving maximum results right out of the gate. Some of the things they get trained on include: how to diagnose a company's problems; how to prepare an alignment to correct the problems; and, how to mentor the principal or manager of the business over the next 12 months to implement the suggested changes."

Action's training programs are presently regionalized and take place about once a month in either the United States or Australia. However, as Action prepares for explosive growth over the next several years, it was determined that the most effective way of ensuring all new franchisees truly understand the international scope of the company, and to expose them to business principles and attitudes from around the globe, was to bring them all together in one location. Successful coaches from around the globe will now be involved in the 10 day long induction training; starting in July, global training will occur approximately every six weeks.
